So recently I’ve been purchasing a few things that I wanted to show / talk about, they’re a bit random and they aren’t necessarily all appropriate for the summer time. I picked up everything in a sale, or with discount so I hope if you like anything I purchased and want to buy it yourself, that it’s still available.
• Skinny Dip X Julia Michaels iPhone 6s Plus Universe Phone Case, £15, £12 with 20% UNiDAYS discount, SkinnyDipLondon.com
I had seen the Skinny Dip X Julia Michaels collection in store and online before and I was obsessed with the space theme of the backpack and the phone case. So I saw that Skinny Dip had 20% student discount (using UNiDAYS - which you can download here for lots of discounts for clothing stores and food - https://www.myunidays.com/r/BJEqb0SUMvU), I also needed a new phone case as I didn’t have one and I’m so clumsy that I need one on at all times. With the discount the case was only £12, which is really good considering the design and typical iPhone 6s Plus cases.
If you are interested in this case, I will say that the little silver gems on it did fall off after a few days, which I did expect but the first one fell off within the space of two days, but I am obsessed with the design. Another thing to note is that this case is flexible, and fits well to the phone, and despite its flexible material, it’s a really good quality.
•Hollister Cold Shoulder Fleece Hoodie, £8.99, Hollister Outlet
When shopping in an Outlet Shopping Centre, I headed straight to Hollister as I love the style and quality of their clothing. I saw a few nice pieces but only picked up this little hoodie as I loved the cold shoulder cutout style and it’s super versatile in terms of outfit styling.
This was originally £27, and dropped to £12.99 but when I got to the till it was only £8.99, as it was their End of Season Sale additionally to their lower outlet prices. Since purchasing this a little over a week ago, I’ve already worn it twice when the summer evenings get a little chillier.
•Christmas Shower Gel Trio Collection, £1, The Body Shop Outlet
When in the Outlet Shopping Centre, I decided to pop into The Body Shop as once again, I love the quality of their products as well as the ethics of their brand. So in this little trio is the Vanilla Chai and Frosted Plum Mini Shower Gels from last years Christmas range. I really liked the scents so I decided to pick these up as they were so cheap for 3 of them, and I can either keep some or give them to people for Christmas presents this year (Christmas Shopping Hack!).
Once again, I was surprised when I got to the till and I was told there was a 45% off sale so it only came to £1.
•Strawberry 24 Hour Freshness Deodorant, £1.50, The Body Shop Outlet
•Strawberry 24 Hour Freshness Deodorant, £1.50, The Body Shop Outlet
So to get the 45% off deal, I had to pick up something else, so I decided to opt for a Strawberry Roll On Deodorant as I did know The Body Shop even did deodorants, and I wanted to give it a go!
•New Look Denim A Line Button Through Skirt, £11.50, ASOS
•New Look Denim A Line Button Through Skirt, £11.50, ASOS
So ASOS were having a huge sale (up to 75% off!), and a couple of my Saved Items were in the sale so I decided to purchase them as they had decreased substantially and I really wanted a denim skirt as denim goes with anything and I had been looking for a Denim A Line Skirt for a while.
This skirt was previously £19.99, and dropped to £11.50. And I can’t wait to pair it with vest tops in summer and jumpers and tights in the winter, it’s so versatile.
•Bershka Pom Pom Knitted Grey Jumper, £12.50, ASOS
•Bershka Pom Pom Knitted Grey Jumper, £12.50, ASOS
This jumper is something else from my Saved Items that I had wanted for ages and was finally in the sale, so I decided to order it. I had been obsessed with the Pom Pom knitted jumpers trend in Winter and I was on the hunt for the perfect Pom Pom jumper in grey. I finally found one in Spring so I didn’t rush into buying it, but when it went into the Sale section of ASOS last week I instantly ordered it. I would definitely pair this with the denim skirt too, and it will also look so cute with jeans and boots in the Autumn/Winter seasons too.
The jumper was originally £25.99, and was reduced to £12.50 so less than half the original price.
•Zoella Beauty Snowella Brew Me A Bath GiftSet, FeelUnique, £4.20
When looking on FeelUnique at their available Zoella Beauty products, I discovered that there as a 20% off sale on top of the existing reductions of last years Christmas products (and other previous ranges). One item I was particularly interested in was the Brew Me A Bath Gift Set, which I hadn’t actually received or purchased when it was released for Christmas last year. But as I am a bit of a bath fanatic, I really wanted to try the Zoella Beauty TeaBags, the set also came with the Splash of Milk bath milk powders in the Snowella scent which I loved and have already tried.
So this gift set was originally on the shelves during October-December for Christmas gifting for £12, meaning that it’s now 65% off at £4.20.
•Zoella Beauty ‘No Filter Needed’ Beauty Bag, FeelUnique, £5.60
I have never purchased any of the Zoella Beauty cosmetics bags and as I am going on holiday in a little under 3 weeks I needed another little bag for my makeup as all my toiletries take us so much room in my current cosmetics bag and it doesn’t close if I put my makeup in there too.
The 20% off sale on FeelUnique.com made this bag £5.60 down from £7.00.
•Zoella Beauty ‘Lagoon Love’ Bath Milk Powder, £2.40, FeelUnique
•Zoella Beauty ‘Lagoon Love’ Bath Milk Powder, £2.40, FeelUnique
The new Summer Zoella Beauty Range ‘Splash Botanics’ featured a single packet of Bath Milk Powder, which I absolutely love. The new scent isn’t my absolute favourite but I love this product, and it’s so nice in the bath to create milky water and gorgeous fluffy bubbles.
In stores without a discount it is £3 per pack, but with the 20% off FeelUnique sale, I only paid £2.40.
•Yes To Tomatoes Sleeping Mask, £2.35, FeelUnique
To qualify for Free Delivery for FeelUnique I needed to spend a couple more pounds, as you need to spend £15+, so I had a little look through the lower priced products and saw this Yes To Sleeping Mask. I have used Yes To products in the past, so when I saw a Clear Skin Sleeping Mask I instantly added it to my basket as my skin hasn’t been its best recently and I love the idea of leaving the product on your skin overnight. With charcoal and salicylic acid elements, I’m hoping it will assist any breakouts and imperfections.
This is £2.99 without the 20% off.
